The historical Palace “Palazzo Galletti Suites” is located on Via S.
Egidio, ten minutes walk from the Duomo and the S. Croce Church. It is also close to the famous Uffizi Gallery and Old Bridge. When entering the reception area, on the first floor, one is immediately plunged into a sensation of antiquity and freshness that mark this ambience as an unusual private living quarter. The nine beautiful and spacious rooms are paved in original terra cotta tilings and have a wall with frescos. Recently restored, this building has been a sleeping giant that has been newly awaked with all its splendour. Beautiful frescos have been found in these abandond walls, they were brought back to life with an entire school of restorers, to let our guests taste and feel for themselves the beauty of the centuries left behind in this Palace. Every bedroom has a private and very quiet balcony, where you can experience a truly relaxing moment facing the exiting Florentine streets.

By Bus:
The bus stops are in front of the railway station.
All Buses that go to Piazza S. Marco (numbers 17, 11, 10 and 6) are ok. Stop in Via Martelli, turn right to Via de Pucci, then go straight ahead to Via S. Egidio, after the Ospedale S. Maria Nuova. You will find the hotel at number 12.
Or take bus number 14 to the bus stop in Via del Proconsolo. Then turn back towards the Duomo and you will find Via dell'Oriuolo. At the end of the street turn left in Via S.Egidio.
On Foot:
Palazzo Galletti is situated about a 15 minute walk from S.M.Novella railway station. From the station walk in the direction of Piazza del Duomo, along via Cerretani. Walk across the Dome and you will find Via dell'Oriuolo. At the end of the street turn left into Via S.Egidio
